Sabé Homes is creating a new housing paradigm that empowers people and preserves the planet.
Sabé began in 2014 when Steve Dohse and Shelley Smithson saw a big opportunity to start changing people’s lives for the better. Through their network of builders, they started constructing energy-efficient, high quality, and beautiful prefab homes that cost far less than site-built homes in the Mountain West.
Today, they are creating stunning and sustainable living spaces for first-time homebuyers and second-home owners in Northern Arizona. Their newest floorplan, a 2 bd/1 bath cottage, helps homeowners maximize their backyards for big returns. The micro-homes make great long-term rentals, short-term rentals, and elder flats!
